Founder profile and product research story.

Exhale Wellness was built through student-led fieldwork, advisor guidance, and repeated prototype cycles. The product strategy is driven by a single research focus:

How can AI and technology create a positive impact on high school students' ability to effectively manage stress?

Why this company exists

Exhale Wellness began as a response to real student stress patterns in demanding academic environments. The work started with direct interviews and workshop pilots, then evolved into a product + program model.

How the model works

In-person workshops build trust and practical skills. Teen Reset Hub reinforces those skills daily through guided resets, adaptive recommendations, and progress reflection.

Current direction

Continue product iteration, institutional partnerships, and evidence-building to make teen wellness support both more accessible and more measurable.

Empathize

Interview students and capture stress moments, language patterns, and unmet support needs.

Define

Translate findings into clear user problems and success criteria for both workshops and product.

Ideate

Generate possible interventions across flow design, educational modules, and support tooling.

Prototype

Build web and mobile prototypes rapidly, then test usability and completion behavior.

Test

Use pilots and feedback loops to refine content clarity, ordering, and personalization logic.

Research to product pipeline

How evidence turns into feature decisions.

Inputs

Interviews + workshop feedback

Qualitative insights from teens and institutional stakeholders.

Translation

Feature and flow updates

Navigation simplification, guided reset flow, and targeted resource architecture.

Validation

Usage and outcome trends

Track completion, repeat use, and reported relief to prioritize next iterations.
